Rob, 32, grew up in Plano, Texas, where he was actively involved in competitive sports since the age of three.  There he discovered his addiction to the raw nature and adrenaline rush of serious competition.  After graduating from Plano Senior High School, one of the winningest football programs in the nation, Rob earned a four year football scholarship to Northeast Missouri State University where he was a four year letterman, three-time NCAA All Conference linebacker, and where he owns other defensive records including the most games ever started in the school’s 137 year history.   During his last eight years of football, he started 85 games averaging less than 2 losses per season.  He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin with minors in Biology and Chemistry, and eagerly entered the field of sales with the guidance of his father prior to graduating. 

Following his true entrepreneurial spirit and same competitive drive to succeed, Rob founded Flanagan Enterprises, Inc., with his wife and grew it into a successful corporation selling solution packaging products and promotional items worldwide. After eight years of sales experience specializing in business development and complete management of individual client needs in the advertising specialty market, the only challenge to make an even stronger presence in the industry was change. 

In 2004 Rob helped his wife, Lucia, launch EventHaus in support of her passion and spirit to succeed in owning her own business. Once a partner with one of the industry’s top developers of Internet-based promotional product management solutions, Rob realized the only challenge to make an even stronger presence in the industry was change. With fifteen years of sales experience specializing in business development and complete management of individual client needs, Rob took a leap of faith and merged his business with the one company he knew could make a difference…EventHaus. “I still maintain the daily responsibilities of the relationships I established back in 1994 and I enjoy researching new solutions for my client base because it challenges me on a daily basis.  Working in a single, solid, self-controlled environment helps ensure my clients get what they want, when they want it, at discount prices that affect their bottom line, which means extreme savings with unmatched customer service.”

Rob loves to spend his free time with his family and close friends, grilling, fishing, landscaping, or playing his guitar.  Rob currently resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife, Lucia, and their children Ayla and Michael.
